With innovative and state-of-the-art technical equipment, Port des Lumières offers the perfect opportunity for your tailor-made event.


At Port des Lumières, centre for digital immersive exhibitions, our guests can enjoy a high-quality visual and acoustic art experience. The immersive exhibitions are projected onto the entire wall and floor surface (projection area of over 3,200m²), making your event an experience for all the senses.


We combine classical art with state-of-the-art technology to take your events to the next level. At Port des Lumières, the entire venue becomes your stage. Almost endless individual projection possibilities allow you as an organiser to present your concepts in a new light and reinvent events. Tell a story that gives your brand a special stage and becomes a unique and emotional experience for your guests.

With its state-of-the-art technical equipment, Port des Lumières offers the perfect space for many event formats. Whether corporate events, receptions, congresses, product presentations, video productions, fashion shows or similar. 

  • Corporate events: the room layout and on-site technical equipment (integrated video projectors and sound system) make Port des Lumières the ideal venue for organising an evening event.
  • Company presentations: with its ship's bow, large upper deck on the mezzanine and spacious high walls, our hall is an ideal venue for your reception or company presentation.

    Product launches or shows: the maritime and modern design of Port des Lumières offers a unique setting for your event. You can use the surfaces of Port des Lumières to project your images, logos and videos and present your products or collections in an impressive setting.

Visit the Port des Lumières with a group of up to 100 people outside our regular opening hours and enjoy the current exhibition exclusively with optional catering options.


Start your day right - breakfast buffet

Offer your guests a private tour of the current exhibitions from 8:00 to 9:30 in the morning. A continental breakfast with pastries, tea, coffee and soft drinks can also be booked for up to 100 guests.


After-work party - dinner and cocktails

Our spaces can be reserved for cocktail parties and dinners. The service includes the spaces available for hire and the projection of one of our current immersive exhibitions. Food and drinks must be booked additionally through one of our service providers. You can also book Port des Lumières all day or at your desired time for your events.

Tailor-made reservations for private use

The equipment in Port des Lumières offers a vast variety of visual effects and presentation styles, depending on the requirements of your event. You may choose from:


  • A sophisticated lighting highlights the venue’s architecture.
  • The screening of current immersive digital exhibitions: offer your guests an opportunity to embark on an exceptional journey that takes them into the heart of the world of painting. Masterpieces by the great masters of the history of art are brought to life, accompanied by music, on more than 3,300 m2 of projection surface.
  • A catalogue of static and/or animated ambiances and projections is at your disposal, from which you can create the desired atmosphere for your event.
  • Your personalization: project a video that has been specifically created for your event onto the walls of the Port des Lumières.

Our selected service providers are at your disposal to help you create an unforgettable and personalized event.


We work with pre-selected catering, event styling, hosting and AV partners from which you can choose for your event at Fabrique des Lumières.
